Bob has been a long-time advocate of Toastmasters, helping and leading where he could along the past 35 years. In addition to his paid professional programs globally, Bob has visited clubs, met with members, and conducted training programs for Districts around the globe as his way to locally assist their leaders. He has done programs and speeches around the globe, as time permits. For instance he spoke for D110 in Prague and Budapest in September 2025 and will be keynoting D26 in Golden, Colorado in May.

Bob has proven skills as a leader, critical thinking, and innovation, as well as a good understanding of finance. He has worked alongside and earned the respect of leaders around the globe. He brings ideas (in some cases very profitable ones) to his clients and has proven himself as an effective presenter virtually (e-Speakers Certified Virtual Presenter) and in person around the globe.

Bob is a prolific writer, authoring multiple leadership and business success books. He offers these as resource tools to his global audiences and has seen 10's of 1,000's fly off the shelf.
